Welcome!

I am grateful that your journey brought you here today.

My name is Manasa (mah-nuh-suh) Chitluri. I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in providing psycho-education & skills based counseling for neurodivergent individuals and individuals with a history of high achievement. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families, especially those belonging to immigrant, refugee, and diaspora communities, that are seeking to integrate their whole, authentic selves and take up space within their community.

I earned a Master's degree from North Carolina State University and practice from the perspective of client-as-expert- you know your life, I am an expert in providing therapeutic services. I bring unconditional positive regard into each session and regularly check in with clients to ensure they're feeling comfortable with their progression towards their goals, adjusting therapy direction accordingly.

The goal of therapeutic work is to provide you with support and tools that can help you intentionally navigate the carousel of life, rather than unpredictably experience the roller coaster of life.

As a life-long practitioner of yoga, I approach matters of the mind, body, & spirit from a trauma informed and therapeutic perspective, making space for all three aspects of our being within the therapeutic relationship.

I proactively weave social justice work into the therapeutic practice, challenge systems of inequity, and empower myself and others to deconstruct and reinvent existing models of self and community care that are no longer serving us.

Supporting and advocating for individuals with marginalized identities based on race, ethnicity, sex, gender, ability, class, socioeconomic status, and myriad other celebrated differences is at the forefront of my therapeutic work.
